Dr. Koening is a skilled general dentist who provides comprehensive dental care to patients at his private practice – David A. Koenig DDS PA – in Livingston, New Jersey. As such, he takes responsibility for the diagnosis, treatment, and overall coordination of services to meet oral health needs. 

On his path towards becoming a dentist, Dr. Koening graduated with his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the Case Western Reserve University School of Dental Medicine in 1980. 

With over four decades of experience in his field, he is a member of the American Dental Association, the New Jersey Dental Association, and the Essex County Dental Society. 

Dentistry, also known as Dental and Oral Medicine, is a branch of medicine that consists of the study, diagnosis, prevention, and treatment of diseases, disorders, and conditions of the oral cavity.
